摘要
以2-噻唑硫酮为原料,双氧水为氧化剂,醇钠为催化剂,合成2-噻唑烷酮。比较甲醇钠、乙醇钠、异丙醇钠和叔丁醇钠催化活性,叔丁醇钠为最佳的催化剂。2-噻唑烷酮收率为82%。
2- Thiazolidone was synthesized by 2 -thiazolidinethione and hydrogen peroxide under base catalyst. Compared with the activity of sodium methoxide, sodium ethoxide, sodium isopropyl, sodium tert -butoxide,The best base catalyst was sodium tert-butoxide. Its yield of 2 -thiazolidinone came up to 82%.
