摘要
合作式学习是当今最有影响的教学方式之一,已经被众多实践证实在培养学生的综合素质和能力、提高学生学习效率和兴趣方面有明显作用。根据研究生有较好的知识储备和社交技能,适合采用合作式教学的特点,提出"小先生"制的合作式教学实施策略,并在承担的研究生"协议工程"教学中进行了实践探索。结果表明:"小学生"制合作教学模式能较好促进研究生的探索激情,激发创新思维,提升研究生研究交流与合作能力。
Cooperative learning is taken as one of the most influential teaching methods. Lots of teaching practices have illustrated its usefulness in cultivating students' all-round capability, in initiating their learning interest, and in improving their learning efficiency. Graduate students are suitable for being taught in the cooperative learning method as they have the required knowledge and social skills. A pro-instructor based cooperative learning strategy is proposed in this paper and applied it to a graduate's course: protocol engineering. Our teaching experiences prove that the proposed method is helpful in promoting the students' exploring spirits, creative thinking and cooperative research competence.
