摘要
PBL(基于问题的学习)是目前医学教育领域公认的有效的教学模式之一。它强调把学习设置到复杂而有意义的问题情景中,通过学习者的合作来解决问题,从而学习隐含在问题背后的科学知识,形成解决问题的技能和自主学习的能力。"问题"在PBL中,扮演着非常重要的角色,针对高职医学教育突出技能培养的特点,文章从问题情景、结构、程序及评价四方面探讨适应高职医学教育PBL中的"问题"设计。
Problem-based learning (PBL) is generally accepted as one of effective educational model in education. It focuses on placing learning to the complex and meaningful circumstance of problems, solving problem by learners' cooperation, then learning the scientific knowledge which hides behind problems and training abilities of solving problems and autonomous learning. "Problem" plays a very important role in PBL. Based on higher vocational medical education predominance characteristic, it is elucidated from the four aspects; circumstance of problem, framework, process and evaluation to explore the way of "problem" designing fitting for the higher vocational medical education.
