摘要
目的观察中西药治疗病态窦房结综合征的临床疗效。方法将171例确诊为病态窦房结综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组(90例)予强心复脉合剂口服,对照组(81例)予阿托品口服,疗程4周。治疗结束后比较2组的临床症状、24 h动态心电图和左心室射血分数(LVEF)的变化。结果临床疗效:治疗组和对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);24 h动态心电图:治疗组和对照组心率提高总有效率分别为92%和36%,24 h平均心率分别增加10次/min和4次/min,2组差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);LVEF:治疗组与对照组治疗后比较,有明显改善心功能的作用(P<0.01)。结论强心复脉合剂可以明显改善患者的临床症状、提高心率和改善心功能,是治疗病态窦房结综合征的有效药物。
Objective To observe the difference clinical therapeutic efficacy of the Chinese herbal medicine and western medicine on sick sinus syndrome patients. Method 171 patients with sick sinus syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 90 patients in the treatment group were given Qiangxin Fumai Mixture while the other 81 patients in the control group were given atropine. The therapeutic course was four weeks in each group. The changes of clinical manifestations, electrocardiogram （24 h Holter monitoring ECG） and left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） were compared between two groups. Result Clinical therapeutic efficacy： There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.01）. 24 h Holter monitoring ECG： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92% and that of the control group was 36%, with the average increases of heart rates in 24 hours were 10/min and 4/min, respectively. There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.01）. LVEF： The LVEF in the treatment group was improved evidently compared with that in the control group after treatment （P〈0.01）. Qiangxin Fumal Mixture is effective in treating sick sinus syndrome by improving clinical symptoms, heart rates and heart function.
