摘要
推导了耦合网络耦合带宽和品质因数的计算方法,分析了无源耦合网络的缺点,提出了一种新的有源耦合网络设计方案。同时,利用放大器的输出饱和状态,改善了阵列的幅度和相位特性,即使存在幅度分布不均匀的影响时,仍可以通过调整阵列两端的振荡器的自由振荡频率,使得阵列相位分布具有较好的线性梯度。理论分析和仿真结果表明,有源耦合网络利于工程上实现较宽的耦合带宽。
The coupling network affects the performance of coupled oscillators array. The wide lock bandwidth and low Q-value are preferred. The formula for the lock bandwidth and Q factor of coupling networks are given, and the shortcoming of passive networks is analyzed. A new active coupling network with amplifiers and directional coupler in the coupling path is put forward. Utilizing the saturation state of the amplifier, the amplitude and phase character of the array can be improved. Theoretical and simulation results show that it's easy to obtain the wider lock bandwidth using this configuration in engineering design. Even though there exists the influence of the amplitude dynamics, the good linear phase distribution can still be obtained by adjusting the freerunning frequency of the boundary elements.
