摘要
目前,医疗纠纷愈演愈烈,随着非利益相关者的参与,个体医疗纠纷通过结构性传导迅速升级为群体性事件,严重影响了社会稳定,直接引发政府公关危机。本文通过分析此过程中各时期引起纠纷升级的原因,根据不同时期的特点建立干预模型。此模型可以更好地规范医疗纠纷的处理过程,各部门通力合作,有效控制事件的升级,降低群体性事件对社会造成严重危害的可能性,从而更好地维护安定团结。
Recently, the medical dispute is increasingly serious. The involvement of non-benefit correlation parties causes the individual disputes to escalate into group events by struetural transmission, which greatly influences the stability of society and directly induces public crisis of govcmment. This article analyzed the reasons of escalating the medical disputes in different periods to establish the intervention model according to different characteristics of different period. The mode could better standard the treating process of medical disputes. By the way of the cooperation of all departments, the escalation of medical disputes could be effectively controlled and the possibility of serious crisis of group events to the society could be greatly decreased so as to maintains the stability and solidarity of society.
