摘要
目的:探讨丹酚酸B、三七总皂苷及两者配伍对大鼠心肌梗死后炎症因子的影响。方法:左冠状动脉前降支结扎法制备大鼠心肌梗死模型,随机分为模型组、卡托普利组、丹酚酸B组(Sal B)、三七总皂苷组(PNS)、丹酚酸B三七总皂苷配伍组(SalB/PNS组),灌药7天,取心肌提取RNA,实时定量PCR检测各组炎症因子c-fos、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8表达上的变化。结果:灌服7天丹酚酸B、三七总皂苷,可以降低c-fos、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8的转录;灌服7天Sal B/PNS,可显著降低c-fos、IL-8的转录(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参方主要有效组分的靶点之一可能是通过抑制炎症因子的转录与翻译来改善心肌梗死后的修复。
Objective: To probe the influence of Sal B and PNS and their comparability on the expressions of inflammatory factors after myocardial infarct. Methods: The myocardial infarct rat models were made by using left anterior descending coronary artery ligation, then they were randomly divided into5 groups: model group, captopril group, Sat B group, PNS group, compatability group of Sal B and PNS. After 7 days'drug perfusion, their cardiac muscle were taken to extract DNA and to have real - time quota examination of the expression change of c, los, IL- 1β, IL-6 and IL-8 of inflammatory factors. Results: Seven days' perfusion of Sal B and PNS could decrease the duplication of c - fos, IL - 1β, IL - 6 and IL - 8; Seven days' perfusion of comparability of Sal B and PNS could remarkably decrease the duplication of e - los, IL- 1β, IL - 6 and IL - 8(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The main ingredients in Compound Danshen Prescription may improve the recovery after myocardial infarct through resisting the duplication and transformation of inflammatory factors.
