摘要
本文在对互惠模式下的小组工作进行系统考察的基础上,重点介绍了杭州师范大学德育同伴教育小组的实践。笔者认为,以同伴教育小组的形式开展德育教育,有效弥补了传统的德育教育单纯的"课堂教育"的不足,通过同伴之间的互助互惠达到大学生群体自我教育的目的,开创了德育教育的新形式。
Bases on the systematic exploring to the group work under mediating model, the thesis introduces the practice of peer education group from Hangzhou Normal University. The authors consider that developing the moral education by method of peer education group can effectively make up for the weaknesses of pure "class education" of traditional moral education, and achieve the goal of college students' group self--education through mutual help and benefit among the peers, therefore create the new method of moral education.
