摘要
目的探讨血清NO、NOS和TNF-α水平在急性颅脑损伤早期的病理、生理作用。方法分别应用放射免疫法测定TNF-α水平,生化法测定NO、NOS水平。结果在治疗前急性颅脑损伤患者血清TNF-α、NOS水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),而NO水平则显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01),经治疗后2周则与正常人组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论观察血清NO、NOS和TNF-α水平的变化对研究急性早期颅脑损伤的病理生理变化、判断疗效及预后观察均具有重要临床价值。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of serum NO,NOS and TNF-α levels in patients with acute brain injury at early stage and two weeks later. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used for determing serum TNF-α concertration and biochemistry methods for serum NO and NOS levels in 35 controls and 31 patients with acute brain injury at admission and two weeks later. Results Before treatment, the serum TNF-α and NOS levels in the patients were significantly higher and serum NO levels significantly lower than those in the controls(P 〈0. 01 ). After 2 weeks'treatment,the levels were approaching normal( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Serum NO, NOS and TNF-α levels were related to the pathophysiologlcal process of acute brain injury and might be taken as indicator of the severity of the diseases.
