摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法快速测定钼铁中磷、铜、硅。采用王水溶解样品,在配制工作曲线时采用在试液中加入一定量的铁(Ⅲ)和钼(Ⅵ)的基体匹配方法,消除基体干扰,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=10)小于4%,回收率在95.0%~110.0%之间。 ICP-AES was applied to the determination of phosphours, copper and silicon in ferro-molybdenum. Sample of ferro-molybdenum was dissolved in aqua regia, and the sample solution was diluted quantitatively with water to a definite volume and used for AES analysis under the prescribed instrumental condition. Matrix interference was eliminated by adding appropriate amount of iron( Ⅱ ) and molybdenum(Ⅵ) to the testing solutions in preparation of the standard working curve to mateh with the main composition of sample. Precision and recovery were tested, giving values of RSD's (n=10) less than 4%, and recovery in the range of 95.0%-110. 0%.
