航空发动机温度传感器检定仪的设计与仿真 被引量:1

Design and simulation of the instrument of measuring temperature sensor in aero-engine

摘要 某型航空发动机采用铂电阻(PT100)对发动机滑油系统进行温度检测,并且当滑油温度超过警戒值时向飞行员紧急报警;目前由于缺乏温度传感器检定装置,从而无法保证装机的温度传感器的质量。通过采用单片机技术,对温度传感器检定仪进行硬件设计,在此基础上应用Keil C51软件进行仪器的程序设计,之后在Pro- teus软件环境下完成了仪器功能的仿真实验。仿真结果表明,所设计的温度传感器检定仪的检测精度为0.1℃,可以有效地对温度传感器的好坏进行检定。 Some aero-engine adopts PT100 to measure the temperature of engine's lubricant system, and gives pilot alarm when the temperature of engine's lubricant system overruns the limit. Because of the deficiency of the instrument of measuring temperature sensor beforetime, the quality of installed temperature sensor could not be assured. By using single-chip technology, hardware scheme of the instrument of measuring temperature sensor was brought forward and software of the system was accomplished in Keil C51, and finally, the simulation of the instru- ment was completed in Proteus. The simulation result indicated, the precision of the instru- ment of measuring temperature sensor is 0. 1℃, and the instrument can effectively authenticate the quality of the temperature sensor.
