摘要 交互性有利于激发学习兴趣和认知主体作用的发挥。有创新才有知识的巩固和发展。机械创新设计虚拟实验室是一种开放的实验室,它依赖于计算机网络环境下实验环境,具有交互性好、沉浸感强、制作和使用方便,开拓思维,激发学习兴趣,提高动手能力和协作性等特点。文中分析了构建基于X3D的在线机械创新设计虚拟实验的关键技术、建模和应用,利用X3D技术实现了在Internet上能和用户交互的机械创新虚拟实验系统。对如何作机械设计虚拟实验进行了分析探讨,论述了机械设计虚拟实验室的设计实现过程。 Interactivity is favourable to inspire the interest of study and to develop the main-body action of knowledge. The consolidation and development of knowledge would exist only when the in- novation exists. The virtual laboratory of mechanical innovation design is a kind of open laboratory and it depends upon the experimen- tal environment under the condition of computer network. It possesses characteristics of good interactivity, strong sense of immersion, convenient in both manufacturing and use, inspiring the interest of study, enhancing the ability for starting work, exploiting the thought and raising the cooperative property etc.. This paper analyzed the key technology, modeling and application of constructing the virtual ex- periment of on lined mechanical innovation design and realized the mechanical innovative virtual experimental system that can be interacted with the users on internet by the use of X3D technology. An analytical discussion was carried out on how to make the virtual ex- periment of mechanical design and the designing implementation process of the virtual laboratory of mechanical design was expounded.
