摘要
为给河北省临城县河北绿岭果业有限公司核桃园栽植的18个薄皮核桃品种(品系)在河北省的推广应用提供理论依据,对这18个品种(品系)的物候期、枝类组成、坚果三径、壳厚、单果质量、出仁率、核仁中脂肪和蛋白质的含量等主要性状进行了研究,结果表明不同的核桃品种(品系)其性状不同:供试的18个核桃品种(品系),其壳厚不等(0.70-1.28 mm);出仁率以似品种为最高,达66%;单果质量介于10.22-14.13 g之间;脂肪含量大于65%、蛋白质含量大于20%的品种有绿岭、绿大、绿波、辽宁1号、V 1、V 2、V大、V小、元丰、礼品2号和似;各品种果实成熟期的差别明显,其中绿早果实成熟期最早,在8月1日即已成熟,较其它品种(品系)早30-40 d。
In order to provide theoretical basis for extension of 18 cultivars or strains in Hebei Province, which were planted in walnut orchard of Lvling Fruit Limited Liability Company of Hebei Province, main characteristics of the walnut cultivars or strains were researched, such as phenological periods, composition of shoot types, nut size, shell thickness, single nut weight, kernel percent, oil and protein contents in kernel. The results showed that characteristics of different cultivars or strains were different. Shell thickness was from 0.70 to 1.28 mm. Kernel percent of Si was the highest, and up to 66% Single nut weight was from 10. 22 to 14. 13 g. Oil and protein contents in Lvling, Lvda, Lvbo, Liaoning NO. 1, V1,V2,Vda, Vxiao, Yuanfeng, Lipin NO. 2 and Si were over 65% and 20%, respectively. Ripen periods of the cultivars or strains were different, and ripen period of Lvzao was in August lth and 30-40 d earlier than the other cultivars or strains.
