摘要
阐述国内已投运超超临界锅炉的概况和新结构、新工艺、新材料的特性,表明现行的设计文件鉴定法已不能有效控制超超临界锅炉产品的安全性能,探讨性地提出更合适、更有效的设计文件鉴定方法。要从材料选用及其焊接工艺、强度校核、炉膛结构、部件型式性能、受热面热负荷分配、燃烧性能等多方面审查影响安全性能的设计因素;要收集安装过程、运行过程中反馈的问题,不断提高设计文件鉴定的质量。
In this paper, the general situation and characteristics of new configuration, new technics,new materials for ultra-supercritical boilers be runed at home were described, it indicates that actual appraisal methods of design documents can not effectively ensure the safety performance of ultra-supercritical boilers product, so a rather and more effective appraisal methods of design documents were tentatively presented. Design factors which affect performance of safety should be checkuped extensively according to choice of materials and its welding technics, proofread of intensity, configuration of hearth, type and performance of components, distribution of heat load, performance of combustion , and so on. These problems which were feeded back from the process of install and the process of operation so that the quality of design document appraisal can be improved ceaselessly.
