摘要
通过对热板焊接机的执行机构永磁同步电动机的数学模型分析,确立了基于转子磁场定向的控制策略和模糊自整定PID的控制方法。应用模糊控制理论,对系统所处的不同状态实现PID参数的在线整定。结果表明,采用模糊自整定PID控制器后,在控制非线性和时变对象时,控制效果优于PID控制器,可满足热板焊接机的控制需求。
The control mode of parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID and control way of basing on rotor magnetic field beamed was applied in the control system by the analysis of math mode of permanent-magnet synchronous motor, The on-line self-tuning of the parameters of the PID controller was achieved for the different conditions of the systems by means of the fuzzy control theory. The way of realizing to control the system was to control permanent-magnet synchronous motor which belonged to hot board welding machine. The result indicated that fuzzy PID controller had a better control effect than PID controller when control time-varying nonlinear system. It met the control requirement of hot board welding machine.
