摘要
研制一种适应在低应力、多冲击工况条件,起始硬度较高的高强度耐磨钢,除选择正确的造型工艺、合理匹配化学成分外,还通过860℃淬火与220℃低温回火热处理,获得硬度达到HRC50以上、抗拉强度超过1240MPa、金相组织为回火马氏体钢,使钢的抗磨损性能与抗断裂性能达到均衡配置。这是一种综合力学性能大大高于高锰钢的新型耐磨材料。
.For a high strength wear resistant steel with high initial hardness and working conditions of low stress and multi impact,in addition to correct molding technology and chemical compositions,it has also been treated with quenching at 860℃ and tempering at 220℃ to acquire a hardness above HRC50 and tensile strength more than 1240MPa and with microstructure of tempered martensitic steel hence a balance between wear resistant property and fracture performance of steel which is a new wear resistant material with comprehensive mechanical propertits which are much more higher than that of high Mn steel.
