The Analysis of Bending Test Specimens Below Standard on Producing Spirally Submerged Arc Welded Pipes with Q235 Steel

摘要 用Q235带钢生产螺旋埋弧焊管,在进行弯曲性能检验时,发现有不合格现象。为分析其产生原因,进行了金相、扫描电镜、能谱分析等试验。结果表明:母材中夹杂物数量多,工艺控制不良,母材与焊缝的非等强匹配是造成弯曲性能出现不合格的原因。 When manufacturing spirally submerged arc welded pipes with Q235 steel strip, some specimens arefound below standard in the test of bending strength. The metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrumor are used in the analysis of the reason. The result shows that the bending testspecimens are not up to standard because the amount of slag enclosure is excessive, the control is not goodand the strength between base metal and weld is not matching.
