摘要
运用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、电子探针以及图像分析仪,分析了S、S-RE、S-Ca-RE非调质塑料模具钢中易切削相的形貌、分布、组成及其对力学性能的影响。结果表明,经Ca、RE处理的钢中,出现以mCaO·nAl2O3为核心的MnS和CaO·Al2O3·TiN·(Mn,Ca)S·RE2S3组成的复合硫化物,多呈纺锤形,提高了钢的横向冲击韧性。
The free cutting phases in the S, S RE and S Ca RE system non quenching and tempering die steels for plastic moulding were analyzed by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, electron probe microanalyser and quantimet. The shape, distribution, composition of free cutting phases and the influence of the phases on the mechanical properties of steels have been studied. The experimental results show that in the S Ca RE system FT steel MnS containing m CaO· n Al 2O 3 nucleus and CaO·Al 2O 3·TiN·(Mn, Ca)S·RE 2S 3 sulphide complex were observed. The sulphide in S Ca RE system steel is mostly spindle shaped so that the impact toughness in transverse section was improved. In addition, the shape of free cutting phases was improved as well in steels containing a proper amount of Al and microadding RE.
