摘要 结合规划领域最新的理论成果,提出了构建集数据管理和智能规划为一体的企业配电网智能规划平台。给出了系统的总体功能、接口、算法和规划流程,并汲取国外大型软件的开发经验,设计了基于商业化组件的软件体系结构,提高了软件的复用率和应用的灵活性。介绍了以数据关系为主线的图模一体化的数据结构和实现方法,保证了拓扑数据的一致性。该软件在Visual C++ 6.0集成开发环境下,嵌入了地理信息系统(GIS)组件MapX完成了系统的开发。最后以实际规划案例验证了该系统的科学性和实用性。 Based on the latest theoretical achievements in the field of planning, a distribution network intelligent planning platform, which integrates data management and intelligent planning, is proposed. This paper presents the overall function of the system, interface, algorithm and planning process. To enhance the software multiplication capability and application flexibility, a three-layer software structure is designed with COTS components widely used in the large scale software developments abroad. To ensure the consistence of topological data, a map-model data structure is introduced based on the data relationships. The software is developed on the Visual C+ + 6.0 platform integrated with the GIS plug-in component MapX. A real-life planning case validates the feasibility of the proposed system.
