介绍了一种低成本应用于音频D类放大器,无需外接滤波器,放大器采用全差分电路,利用脉宽调制方法去除了输出滤波器,电路可以工作在2.5V~5V电源电压下,电路采用6V CSMC0.5μm DPTM工艺,利用MATLAB和Hspice工具仿真,放大器接8Ω的负载,电源电压为3.6V,在高保真音频范围内(20Hz~20kHz),转换效率可以达到88%,连续平均功率0.1W时,其THD+N小于0.06%。
This paper presents a low-cost class-D audio amplifier with no filter, the amplifier uses the fully differential schematic and a pulse width modulation scheme that eliminate the output filter. It operates with a 2.5V to 5V supply voltage in a 6V, CSMC 0.5μm, double-poly, triple-metal, CMOS process. Using MATLAB and Hspice simulating tools, the proposed Class-D audio amplifier with a maximum power efficiency of 88% is capable of delivering up to 0.1W of continuous average power into an 8Ω load and less than 0.06% total harmonic distortion plus noise from a 3.6V power supply in the high fidelity range(20Hz-20kHz).
