摘要
在深井中选用旋转尾管固井技术可以提高顶替效率和固井质量。分析了旋转尾管固井过程中套管扭曲失稳的原因;建立了套管扭转的力学模型;计算了固井作业过程中钻具的扭矩载荷及其变化规律;分析了由于套管扭曲失稳在全井段存在的危险点,并提出了预防措施;从理论上分析了影响旋转尾管固井过程中扭曲失稳的因素,并提出了在设计和施工中减小套管扭矩的措施,对现场应用具有指导意义。
In deep well, the conventional linger cementing technology always resulted in low cementing quality, so the use of rotary liner cementing technology can increase displacing efficiency and cementing technology. The reason of casing tortuous destabilization in rotary liner cement is analyzed in this paper, the mechanical model of casing rotation is built up, and the torque rating and its alteration regularity in the process of cement are calculated. Thus the dangerous point in the whole well section and provide the preventive measure are analyzed. On this basis, the factor that affect its tortuous destabilization in the process of cement in theory is analyzed, some measure which can reduce its tortuous rating in the design and operation are provided, which provide some guideline for field operation in the future.
