摘要
开展了真空下铁还原高铁硫化锌精矿的热力学分析和试验研究.在整个还原过程中锌以单质形式冷凝回收,直收率达95%左右,矿物中的硫主要以FeS的形式固定.通过试验研究确定了真空下铁还原高铁硫化锌精矿较好的工艺条件.
Thermodynamic analysis and experimental study of reducing marmatite by iron in vacuum were carried out. It was found that elementary zinc was produced by condensation with a recovery rate of about 95% , and sulfur in the ore was fixed in the form of FeS. The reduction process for the marmatite was optimized by the experiments.
