卵子玻璃化冷冻保存生育力的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 随着人类辅助生殖技术的发展,卵子冷冻技术已经成为人们关注的课题,在拓宽目前辅助生殖技术服务的范围和保存女性生育能力方面有重要的价值。近年来玻璃化冷冻被认为是深低温保藏卵母细胞很有前途的选择。玻璃化冷冻卵母细胞冻融后存活率、受精率、卵裂率及移植妊娠活婴率较前有所提高,但迄今为止,人们仍缺少标准的玻璃化冷冻方案,对保护剂和载体的选择及冷冻程序等仍未达成共识。该文就玻璃化冷冻人类卵母细胞意义、卵子玻璃化冷冻的应用现状及冷冻保护剂、低温冷冻复苏对卵子的潜在危害及应用前景等研究作以综述。 With development of assisted reproductive technology (ART), cryopreservation of oocytes has been attracted more attention, which is important for widening service range of ART and preserving female' s fertility. In recent years, vitrification is considered to be a hopeful choice for deep cryopreservati0n of oocytes. The survival rate of frozen-thawed oocytes, fertilization rate, cleavage rate and clinical pregnancy rate are significantly higher. However, up to date, there is not any standard proposal of vitrification. In choices of cryoprotectants and carriers, and freezing program there are no consensus viewpoints yet. This review mainly summarized researches on significance of vitrification of human oocytes, current application status of vitrification of oocytes, cryoprotectants, potential hazard of rewarming from cryopreservation of oocytes and perspectives of application of the technique.
