摘要
国外公益性地质资料社会化服务评估,相当于政府的项目绩效评估。对评估内容除包括经济性、效率性、效果性外,还包括可得性、公众知晓程度,可预测性、民主性、公平性等。国外地质资料社会化评估对我国开展此项工作有重要的启示。我国的地质资料社会化服务应该树立服务为本理念、重视社会服务评估工作、结合我国实际、科学设计评估指标。
The paper first introduces the evaluated contents concerning socialized service of nonprofit geological information of foreign countries,these are: in addition to economics,efficiency,results,there are acquirability,the understanding level of the public,predictability,democracy,fairness.And then the paper discusses some inspirations: in terms of the socialized service of geological information of China,we should set up the idea of service foremost,attach importance to the work of socialized service evaluation,scientifically design evaluation target based on the realities of China.
