摘要
通过在三维CAD软件SolidWorks中创建曲轴和其子模型的三维模型,用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行静态分析,并进一步用子模型法对圆角应力集中处进行分析计算,得出曲轴强度的精确结果。
This thesis discussed the static analysis of the 3D module of crank and its submodule, which are created by the softeware of 3D CAD and SolidWorks. The further study of stress concentration of radius is learnt by submodule technology, and then the accurate strengh of crank can be got.
