摘要
[目的]研究铅对苹果砧木生长发育的影响。[方法]以6片真叶的不同苹果砧木幼苗为试材,用500、1000、2000mg/kg3个浓度的醋酸铅液处理,以去离子水为对照。胁迫处理后50d取样测定生物量、株高、组织含水量。[结果]2000mg/kg的铅胁迫使八楞海棠地上干重、根干重、根冠比、相对株高分别降至对照的74.5%、66.5%和89.3%、74.0%。平邑甜茶各处理与对照的差异不明显。2000mg/kg铅胁迫处理使平邑甜茶、八楞海棠叶片含水量分别降至对照的93.20%和93.46%,根系含水量分别降至对照的93.56%和90.50%。平邑甜茶、八楞海棠地上干重随土壤施铅浓度的增加呈现出先升高后降低的趋势,500mg/kg的铅胁迫处理的地上干重最高。[结论]平邑甜茶的耐铅毒害能力比八楞海棠强。
[Objective] The research was to study the influence of Pn on the growth of apple stock. [Method] With the different apple stock seedlings having 6 leaves as tested materials, treatments with acetate solution at 3 eonen. ( 500,1 000,2 000 mg/kg) were designed with water as CK. After Pn stress treatment for 50 d, the biomass, plant height and water content in organ were measured. [Result] Overground dry weight, root weight, root and shoot ratio and relative plant height of M. micrormalus treated with Pn stress at 2 000 mg/kg were decreased by 74.5%, 66.5%, 89.3% and 74.0% of CK and that of M. hupehensis had no significant difference between treatment and CK. The water contents in leaves of M. hupehensis and M. micromalus were decreased by 93.20% and 93.46% of CK and their root water contents were decreased by 93.56% and 90.50% of CK. Overground dry weight of M. hupehensis and M.micromalus had a tendency of first rising and then decreasing with increase of Pn eonen, in soil and their overground dry weight in treatment with Pn stress at 500 mg/kg was highest. [Conclusion] The ability of M. hupehensis against Pn stress was better than that of M. micromalus.
