摘要
数据元标准化是卫生信息标准化的基础,是实现信息共享和利用的重要保证。元数据提供的是理解和精确解释数据元所需要的信息,是数据元标准的载体。根据相关元数据规范和国际标准ISO/IEC 11179—信息技术/元数据注册,卫生信息领域主要元数据包括数据元、对象类、特性、数据元概念、表示、值域、术语、数据集等,各类元数据及其相互关系可用元数据结构图表达。以元数据结构为基础,可对数据元的若干方面属性进行结构化描述,实现数据元从概念到形式的标准化。
The metadata standardization is a basis of health information standardization and an important guarantee for realizing information sharing and utilization. Metadata offers the information required by understanding and precisely explaining data element, which is the carrier of data element standard. According to the relevant metadata criteria and international standard ISO/IEC 11179-information technology/metadata registration, the main metadata in health infor- mation field contains data element, object class, characteristics, data element concept, representation, range, glossary, as well as DataSet, etc. Various metadata and relevant relations could be expressed with metadata structure diagram. Based on metadata structure, it could make structural description on attribute of each aspect, so as to realize the concep- tive standardization of data element to formal standardization.
