摘要
利用田间自然条件下人工接种的方法,对94份玉米自交系和杂交种(组合)进行抗玉米弯孢菌叶斑病的鉴定,同时筛选出用作QTL分析群体构建的抗病和感病自交系。结果表明,供试自交系一般表现为中抗和中感,没有对新月弯孢菌免疫、高抗和高感的材料。抗病材料只有8个,可作为玉米弯孢菌叶斑病QTL分析群体构建的材料。杂交组合中抗病材料占了多数,而且出现了5个高抗组合。
Ninety-four germplasms, including 34 inbred lines and 60 varieties(combinations) were collected to asses their resistance to Curvularia lunata by artificial inoculation at the adult stages in the field. And the inbred lines appeared resistant or susceptible to the disease were chosen to construct population for QTL. No immune, highly resistant or highly susceptible genotypes were found. There were only eight kinds of inbred lines showed resistance to the disease. The majority of inbred lines appeared moderately resistance or moderately susceptible to the disease. Qi319 was resistant to the disease, Ye478 was susceptible to the disease, and they could be used to construct population for QTL. And the majority of the varieties(combinations) showed resistance to the disease. Even there were five kinds of highly resistant varieties.
