摘要
为了对当前医患关系和医德现状作出深入和准确的分析和判断,笔者在5年前大规模调研基础上,再次组织了跨5省市的"市场经济条件下医患关系和医德现状"的大型实地调研。应用Epidata、Spass等软件对数据进行统计学处理,通过率的趋势和!2检验,得出了医患关系和医德医风有所好转,但总体状况仍不容乐观,在上次调研中特别提出并引起反响的"医患信任度"问题依然突出,应引起高度重视和正确应对。
To make a further and correct analysis and judgement of the current situation of the doctor-patient telationship and medical ethics,based on a similar research carried out years ago,a large-scale on-the-spot investigation was made which involves 5 provinces and cities in China.In this paper a conclusion is medicat ethics are changing for the better but that the general situation is not optimistical.The problem of doctor-patient trust degree is still very serious and this calls for greater attention and proper counter-measures.
