摘要
分析了材料疲劳过程的能量耗散-热耗散,并用红外热像仪研究了高频疲劳试验机疲劳试验过程具有颈缩部分的0.45C钢表面温度变化,快速确定0.45C钢疲劳极限。结果表明,红外热像法确定的正火0.45C钢的疲劳极限为219 MPa,与理论计算法得出的该钢疲劳极限相一致。该试验方法具有非接触、便捷、低成本等优点。
The dissipation of energy - dissipation of heat during fatigue process of materials has been analyzed, and the surface temperature change of 0. 45C steel with necking part in fatigue test process by using high frequency fatigue test machine was studied by infrared thermal sensor to fast determine fatigue limit of 0. 45C steel. Results showed that the fatigue limit of normalized 0. 45 C steel determined by infrared thermal sensor was 219 MPa, it was showing no difference with the fatigue limit of steel obtained by theoretical calculation. This method has the merits such as non-contact, convenience and low-cost.
