摘要
介绍了利巴韦林可溶性粉的处方和制备方法。以利巴韦林原粉为主药，辅以磷霉素钠、香料、可溶性矫味剂和可溶性填料，投料比（4—25）：（1—15）：（0．1—1）：（1—20）：余量，经由烘干、粉碎、称量、混匀、检验、计量、包装等常规操作混合配制而成。结果表明，可根据需要制备出不同含量的利巴韦林可溶性粉剂。产品水溶性好，适合非食品性动物使用。
The prescription and the preparation process of ribavirin soluble powder have been introduced in this paper. The material ratio of main medicine, the ribavirin, and assistant medicine, the fosfomycin sodium,the spice, the soluble flavouring and stuffing, is （4 - 25 ） ： （ 1 - 15 ） ： （ 0.1 - 1 ） ： （ 1-20） ： the rest. Using above main and assistant materials, the ribavirin soluble powder can be prepared through some normal operations as drying, comminuting, weighing, commixing, testing, measuring and packaging, etc. The results show that the ribavirin soluble powders with different concentrations can be formed according to the demands;the preparation process is simple and this product has the properties good water-solubility and adapting to nonfood animals well.
