绒山羊计算机辅助育种系统的设计与实现 被引量:9

摘要 本研究针对我国现代绒山羊业发展和种羊场育种管理的需要,以提高种羊选种准确性、自动生成LAMS选配方案、改进育种生产效率和种羊质量为目标,运用家畜育种学原理和现代计算机应用技术,以MS Office、DBMS、SAS、MTD-FREML、ZPLAN等软件包为工具,构建了运行于Windows 2000/XP平台上的计算辅助选配服务系统——CAMS。该系统能完成不同规模种羊选种、选配的育种要求及生产经营任务。CAMS在内蒙古白绒山羊种羊场实际应用中体现出了技术先进、易于操作等特点,对实现种羊场育种工作和生产管理的自动化,提高育种生产效率,具有极大的促进作用。 In order to meet the requirement of national modern cashmere goat husbandry and management of breeding farm,Computer Assisted Mate Service(CAMS) breeding system that can run on the Windows 2000/XP was designed by means of MS Office,DBMS,SAS,MTDFREML,ZPLAN etc,based on animal breeding theory and the computer application technology,which could enhance veracity,efficiency of selection and Look Ahead Mate Scheme of seed stock goats.The software could accomplish the selection of seed stock,the request of breeding and the tasks of production management of different scale breeding farm.The software showed advanced technology,convenient operation and so on by way of being tried and consummated in Nei Mongol White Cashmere Goat Breeding Farm,which had great promotion to implement production management automation of breeding farm and improve the efficiency of cashmere goat breeding.
