摘要
目的：探讨翼状胬肉手术治疗围术期的护理方法。方法：将115例翼状胬肉患者分为两组，A组72例72眼，施行翼状胬肉头部转位球结膜包埋手术；B组43例86眼，施行翼状胬肉切除＋角膜缘干细胞移植手术，并对两组进行精心围术期护理。结果：术后随访1～5年，A组2眼复发，B组无复发。结论：通过采用翼状胬肉切除＋角膜缘干细胞移植术和头部转位球结膜包埋手术治疗翼状胬肉，并在围术期加强管理，采取有效的护理措施，可提高翼状胬肉手术的成功率，降低复发率。
Objective： To explore the methods of perioperative nursing care in the surgical treatment of pterygium. Method ： One hundred and fifteen patients with pterygium were divided into group A （ n = 72 eyes/72 cases ） and group B （ n = 86 eyes/34 cases ） at random. Transposition of pterygium with conjunctiva embedded was performed in group A and exci- sion of pterygium plus limbal stem cell transplantation was adopted in group B. Careful nursing care was applied in both groups. Results ： The recurrence was found in 2 eyes in group A and no recurrence in group B. Conclusion ： Careful nursing care can effectively increase the successful rate of the operation and decrease recurrence.
