摘要
内隐记忆是研究影响个体品德形成因素的新视角。基于内隐记忆理论,学校和教师在德育过程中,必须重视学生内隐记忆、内隐学习的过程,既要重视外显学习的效率,也要注意内隐学习的效果,必须协调好二者,使之发挥正向、积极的作用。
Implicit memory is a new perspective in studying factors affecting the formation of individual morality. Based on the implicit memory theory, teachers should attach importance to students＇ implicit memory and the process of implicit learning, paying attention to both the efficiency of explicit learning and the effectiveness of imphcit learning to make the two ways of learning mutually promoting.
