摘要
基于体验经济的体验分类,从环境分析和问卷调查两个层面,具体分析杭州河坊街商业更新中特色营造的手法和公众对各种体验的评价。研究重点是在量化统计各个体验因素评价平均值的基础上,结合现状环境分析找到公众体验评价优劣的原因,并提出商业更新必须营造满足体验需求的特色才能真正激发商业活力。
Based on the classification of experience economy, this article concretely analyzes the methods of building characteristic and the appraisement of public to various experiences in the process of commercial renewal in Hefang Street of Hangzhou, from two levels of environmental analysis and questionnaire survey. The emphases of research are to find the reasons why the public appraise the experience nice or not by combining with actual environmental analysis on the base of quantitative statistics of each experience element appraisement average. The article proposes that only meeting the needs of experience characteristics could we inspire commercial energy.
