摘要
在简要阐述农用地等级对土地使用税、土地征用补偿和租赁费等方面的重要性以及地理信息系统(GIS)强大的数据输入、管理、查询、分析和输出功能的基础上,以沁阳市农用地分等定级项目为例,提出了利用MapGIS对农用地进行分等定级的科学方法和技术手段.该方法可快速获取丰富的土地资源信息、图、表等成果,实现图数结合和各种定向分析与计算;极大地提高了农用地分等定级的科学性、可靠性、客观性和统一性.
Based on the brief statement of the significance of farmland grading in making standards of land-use tax, land compensation fee and land tenancy fee etc. and the powerful function of GIS in data input, management, query, analysis and output, this paper raised the scientific and technological method of farmland grading with MapGIS by taking the project on Qinyang city in Jiaozuo as a case. The method did get rich information, figures and charts and tables etc. on land resource, accomplish the combination between map and data, and realize various calculation and direction analysis. It exceedingly improved the science, reliability, objectivity and togetherness of farmland grading.
