摘要
分别采用接触式的加速度脉冲激励法[1]、非接触式的电涡流位移法和声学测量法测试木工带锯条系统的固有频率。通过测试分析,得出这3种方法实测结果相近,以及受传感器附加质量等影响,其非接触式测量法比接触式数据准确等结论,并提出了优化国产带锯机设计的相关建议。
This paper introduces three methods,including contact acceleration pulse excitation method,non contact electric eddy displacement method and acoustic method,to test the natural frequencies of a woodworking band saw blade structure system.After test,it is found that the results of the three methods are similar and affected by the weight of sensors,and the noncontact method is more accurate than that of the contactones.Some suggestions as to how to optimize the design of home-made band saw are presented.
