摘要
测定了聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯的固态缩聚反应动力学有关参数,表明反应级数n=1.5~1.8,活化能为31.4kJ/mol,同时基于本研究结果,说明缩聚反应发生在非晶区(液相).而不是在品区(固相),所以称固相缩聚是不准确的.
The kinetics of solid state condensation polymerization of poly (ethylene terephthalate)'PET' have been determined to obtain the reaction order n=1. 5~1. 8 and the energy of ac-tivation E = 31. 2kJ/mol. Some problems of reaction are discussed from N0 (effective strength )change with structure. In addition, thermal behavior of PET samples of solid state polymerization have been studied by DSC, results show that double melting peaks are ob-served in their DSC curves, peak high ratio of two melting peaks and peak temperature are related to their forming technique.
