摘要
目的优选那如-3巴布剂最佳基质配方比例,制备性能优良的巴布剂。方法采用正交设计,以黏附力为指标、以配方原料为因素对巴布剂基质组成比例进行优选。结果通过对数据的分析,优选出最佳的配方比为聚丙烯酸钠∶明胶∶甘油∶卡波姆=3∶2.5∶1∶2。结论所得配方黏附力较优。
Objective To optimize the formula ratio of matrix to prepare better Naru-3 Cataplasm.Methods Taking raw material of formula as factor and adhesive force as marker,orthogonal test was used to optimize the matrix ratio in cataplasm.Results The best ratio of Naru-3 Cataplasm matrix was sodium polyacrylate∶gelatin∶glycerol∶carbomer =3∶2.5∶1∶2.Conclusion The ratio of adhesive force is better.
