摘要
采用正交设计方法对聚羧酸系高效减水剂与防冻外加剂复合性能进行了研究。掺入聚羧酸系减水剂与防冻组分的胶砂试件中在(-15±1)℃环境下冷冻7d,并测定其胶砂抗压抗折强度。然后通过正交极差分析确定出防冻组分最佳配比并进行优化试验。进而进行单组分优化试验,比较不同防冻组分掺量对胶砂试件抗冻性的影响。
By using the orthogonal design experiment, polycarboxylate high performance water- reducing admixture and other chemicals are combined, and the performance of this compounded admixture was studied. The trial specimens adding compound and functional admixture cured for 7 days under minus temperature ( - 15 ± 1 ℃ ) environment, and their flexible and compressive strength were tested. Then the optimal components are confirmed by analyzing the orthogonal design experiment, and the function of single additives was reviewed. Therefore, the influences of different components for anti - freezing are compared.
