摘要
采用缺氧/好氧膜生物反应器处理高COD、高氨氮的味精废水.实验分两个阶段:第一个阶段保持污泥浓度为6 000 mg/L左右,HRT 48 h;向系统内投加Na2CO3调节碱度.运行结果显示COD的去除率在90%左右,最高达到96%;氨氮的去除率在95%左右,甚至达到100%.第二个阶段保持其他条件不变,停止向系统内投加Na2CO3,结果表明,停止调节系统碱度对COD的去除影响不大,而对氨氮的去除有较大影响.实验结果表明,缺氧/好氧膜生物反应器具有较强的抗冲击负荷能力,对味精废水的COD和氨氮有很好的去除效果.
The treatment of high COD and high ammonia monosodium glutamate waste water by A/O MBR is studied. The experiment can be divided into two stages: one is MLSS: 6 000 mg/L, HRT: 48 h and adding Na2CO3 into system. Under this condition, the removal of COD by MBR can reach 90%, even to 96% ,and the removal of ammonia is 95%-100%. The other stage is to stop adding Na2CO3 into the system without changing other conditions, which has a great influence on ammonia removal and has a little influence on COD removal. The experimental results show that A/O MBR has a good ability of preventing fluctuation of load and can remove COD and ammonia effectively.
