潘二矿的突出煤层、地质构造复杂的矿区急需一个安全有效的防突措施,从理论上分析采掘工作面多种消突措施的利与弊,从而引出水力冲孔这种简单、经济高效的防突措施,并阐述了水力冲孔技术的机理,在潘二矿应用取得了很好的效果。
