摘要
针对注汽井筒的传热特点,建立了注汽井传热过程中地层热阻的恒壁温计算模型,并与恒热源模型进行了对比,结果表明,前者更能反映注汽过程的散热特性。结合注汽井井筒散热理论模型,计算了蒸汽沿井筒的温度、压力、干度和热损失沿程分布,并进行了参数敏感性分析,与现场测试结果的对比说明,考虑地层热阻的综合传热模型可以较好地对注汽井井筒进行热力分析。
A formation heat resistance model of constant wall temperature has been established for heat transfer process in steam injector, and is compared with the constant heat source model. The result shows that the former can better reflect heat radiation during steam injection process. In conjunction with the heat radiation model of steam injection well bore, this paper calculates the temperature, pressure, dryness fraction, and heat loss along wellbore, and analyzes the sensitivity of parameters. The comparison with field test result indicates that the comprehensive heat transfer model considering formation heat resistance can give better thermal analysis for steam injection wellbore.
