摘要
介绍了程序化变电站产生的背景,程序化操作是根据操作要求,选择相应的程序化操作命令,由程序化操作系统自动完成操作。程序化变电站采用分层分步式自动化系统,其控制也是分层分级设置。其控制操作方式分为远控、站控、就地3种方式。分析了程序化操作的特点及可能存在的问题,以苏州玲珑变电站为例,提出间隔层装置中程序化操作具体的实现方法和解决方案。在间隔层装置中实现程序化操作,减少了操作中监控信息的交互,提高了信息采集的可靠性,加快了响应速度。详细论述了运行状态的辨别和检测及程序化操作规则的实现方法,并给出了相应的逻辑框图。提出在程序化操作系统中应充分实时关注当前程序化操作的前后情况,在执行后续程序化操作时,前续条件也应全部满足,以提高程序化操作的可靠性和成功率。
The background of sequential substation is introduced,in which the operating system automatically completes the sequential operations according to the selected sequential operation command. The sequential substation adopts layered and step- by- step automation system and its controls are also layered and classified. It has three control modes:remote,supervisory and local. With Suzhou Linglong substation as an example,the features and possible problems of sequential operations are introduced and their implementations in cell devices are presented,which reduce the information exchange,enhance the information acquisition reliability and speed up response. The detection of operational states and the implementation of sequential operation rules are discussed in detail with logic diagram. The conditions before and after current sequential control of sequential operations should be fully concerned. Before the execution of subsequent sequential control,the preconditions must be satisfied to enhance the reliability and success rate of sequential operations.
