摘要
水泥窑低温余热发电系统的方案优劣,不能单纯采用"吨熟料发电量"这一个指标。文章详细分析了原料磨种类、原料水分、烘干气体温度、煤磨位置、增湿塔位置、预热器级数对发电量的影响,以及为追求高发电量而影响原水泥生产线正常运行的诸多不利状况。在此基础上,作者对行业内存在热点问题进行了相关的剖析。
The good or bad of a cement kiln low-temperature Cogeneration system proposal can not only be judged by " power generation per ton clinker" only. This article provides detailed analysis the influence of some parameters including to power producing amount, furthermore, the author points out several impact made by the unbalanced pursuit of high power creation amount on the original cement production line. Based on this analysis, the author presents related review of hot issues in the field of cement industry.
