摘要 采用机械共混法制备Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶粉/硅橡胶压磁复合材料,并对其压磁性能进行研究。结果表明,Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶粉/硅橡胶复合材料具有良好的压磁性能,且压磁性能稳定性和阻抗蠕变性能优异,可用于新型压力传感器用力敏元件。 An amorphous Fe73.5 CU1 Nb3 Si13.5 B9 alloy powder/silicone rubber piezomagnetic composite was prepared by mechanical blending, and the piezomagnetic properties were investigated. The results showed that the amorphous Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 alloy powder/silicone rubber piezomagnetic composite possessed good piezomagnetic properties,excellent stability of the piezomagnetic properties and creep resistance,and the composite could be used to produce force-sensitive elements in new type pressure sensors.
