水轮机比水能数值预测法研究 被引量:7

摘要 为利用CFD技术预测水轮机水力性能,在指定流量为给定初始条件下,通过计算水轮机各部分过流部件的水力损失能量及转轮欧拉能量确定数值计算的有效净水头,若与目标值不一致,必须改变流量以得到目标水头。以混流式水轮机为例,展示了利用CFD技术进行性能预测的高效方法。 In order to predict the hydraulic performance of a Francis turbine numerically by CFD,it is necessary to specify the discharge Q as a given initial condition. After computing the specific hydraulic loss energies in the respective component-channels through the turbine,as well as the specific Euler energy of the runner, the effective net head of the turbine H can be determined as a numerical result. If the head H obtained differs from the target value,the discharge Q has to be changed to get the target H. The paper presents the basic theory for the procedure of getting the hydraulic performance of Francis turbines,and shows the effectiveness of performance prediction by CFD.
