摘要
针对农村缺乏合格医疗卫生人才的现状和农村医师教育存在的不足，提出了建立农村医师的教育模式，并进行了初步的探索与实践。
In view of the present shortage of qualified medical care talents in rural areas and inadequacy in rural physician education, this paper proposes establishing a model of rural physician education. It also makes a preliminary exploration and practice.
