摘要
采用阳离子改性剂2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(ETA)对竹纤维进行改性处理,探讨了影响改性效果的因素以及改性后进行涂料染色的影响因素.结果表明:改性处理可大大提高涂料染色的得色量.最佳改性工艺:改性剂用量80%(owf)、氢氧化钠用量2g/L、改性温度60~70℃.染色时,粘合剂的最佳用量为6 g/L.
The bamboo fiber was modified by cationic modifier (2,3-epoxypropyl)trimethyl ammoniumchloride. The influencing factors on the modification effect and pigment dyeing after modification were discussed. The results indicated that modification could distinctly increase the color yield of pigment dyeing. The optimum modification technics was: the dosage of modifier 80%(owf), NaOH 2 g/L, 60-70 %. The optimum dosage of bonding agent for dyeing was 6 g/L.
