摘要
在新型农村合作医疗实施中,筹资是最关键、最核心的内容。一个稳定的、低成本的、长效的筹资机制是新型农村合作医疗得以可持续发展的基础。文章对现行筹资机制运行中存在的问题进行了分析,在此基础上提出了创新新型农村合作医疗筹资机制的对策建议。
In implement of new rural cooperative medical system, financing has been the most key content.A steady, low-cost and good effect financing mechanism is the basic of its sustainable development. With an analysis of its problems in practice, this article put forward some policy suggestions on the innovation of financing mechanism in new rural cooperative medical care system.
